OMBRE: (literally "shaded" in French)
Is the gradual blending of one colour due to another, usually moving tints and shades from light to dark. It has become a popular feature for hair colouring, nail art and even for lips.
Upon first glance, ombre lips are a little odd. After all, we're taught from a young age that lipstick is meant to be a singular solid colour across the span of your lips perhaps with a coordinating lip linear underneath, for colour endurance. But once you've seen a few expertly applied ombre lips, you'll be ready to give this funky trend a try in no time
Much like ombre hairs, the transition between colours is smooth and seamless, making this a little bit tricky. If you are a beauty biggner, don't fret - just a little practice is all you need to get the hang of it.It can also produce an effect that's almost as cool as the colours themselves. How? If you opt to use a lighter shade towards the center of your lips , your pout winds up looking a little bit fuller. And if you stick with a dark shade on the outside , your lips will appear more defined. Plus , you get to use not just one, but or more of your most beloved lip colours.
